All our WordPress plugins, themes, and the source code available for download on this website are licensed under the GNU General Public License (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html) version 2.0 or later.
Customers who buy products from hypsof are entitled to free upgrades for a year after the date of purchase. Our team always tries to enhance each product over time and ensure that it is compatible with the most recent version of WordPress.
If you need any additional customization that is not available in the current version of that product, then you may have to wait until the publication of the next version.
We cannot guarantee that updates will be made consistently and forever. We are unable to ensure that our products will function with WordPress versions 3.0 or lower.
However, if you buy the themes or plugins separately, you will have access to the support and updates specified in that package.

For a Single site, you can use the license and get support with updates in a single domain only for 1 year (ie, 365 days ) from the purchase date.
Up to 5 or (specific number) sites:
You can use the license in 5 domains or a specific number of domains only and get support with updates for 1 year (ie, 365 days ) from the purchase date.
Unlimited site:
You can use unlimited domains with the license and get support with updates for 1 year (ie, 365 days ) from the purchase date.
Lifetime License:
We introduce a lifetime license, so purchase once and use within the product’s lifetime with updates and support.
Violation of License Terms:
You are not permitted to sell any of our products or product(s) license(s) on your site or from any other website.
After you purchase the product, you may need technical/ development support. For this, you can open a ticket. We provide premium support for purchasing our premium products.
For example, you’ll get 1 year of support and updates for single-purchased products. If you purchase the license for only one site, you will receive support only for that site. In lifetime purchased products, you’ll receive lifetime support and updates until the product’s disposal.
We always try our best to provide support to our customers immediately. Sometimes, during weekends and public holidays, our support might be delayed. We deliver our service and support through automatic replies during the holidays.
We are not accountable for providing support to the free users. But we try our best to respond to every query. For free users, we suggest the WordPress.org support forum for free support.
Refund Policy

Our legal entity will never be responsible for any losses or damages that result from using or being unable to utilize our products, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.
Product licenses and user accounts cannot be transferred.
Please ask them to buy the products straight from us if you are a contractual developer or a representative of someone. Following up on support tickets saves time for both parties.
hypsof reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate any user account without notice. This may be due to one or several of the following reasons.
If we finalize the decision on the account suspension, it will not be reversed under any circumstances.
For spamming and fraud activities, we have the authority to block that User to preserve other customers’ security.
